Tom is a great agent who is very attentive to his customers' needs. We visited many homes that fit my buy box and Tom always had pertinent information about the properties. For example, one of the properties had a solar lease which was very costly. I would have overlooked that if it were not Tom's attention to detail. He makes himself available at all hours of the day to answer questions, visit properties, etc. We have purchased three homes with Tom and will continue to work with him because of our positive experiences with him. He has lived in the Valley his whole life so he has vast knowledge regarding the communities. I highly recommend Tom!
